Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For phone orders, our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Saturday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on Christmas day, New Years day, July 4th and Thanksgiving.

Q. Do you deliver flowers outside of the United States?
A. Yes. You can place orders online for Continental US. and Canada orders or call 800-741-1039 for international delivery information.

Q. Can the flowers be delivered the same day I place the order?
A. Yes. Place your order by 1:00 p.m. in the area where the flowers are to be delivered Monday through Saturday for same day delivery.

Q. What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?
A. We will leave a note on the door and try back later or if our driver determines that it is safe to leave them with a neighbor we will do so.

Q. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered.
A. When you order has been scheduled for delivery, we will send an email confirmation. If you do not hear from us then your flowers were taken to the address for delivery on the day your confirmation states. Please read the previous question for orders delivered when nobody is home.

Q. What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the Internet to place an order.
A. Although we encourage you to place your order through our secure ordering system, you may call us at 800-741-1039 and we will be delighted to take your order over the phone.

Q. Does Flowers N Florists guarantee my flower order?
A. Absolutely. Flowers N Florists offers a 100%, no hassles guarantee. We will do whatever it takes to make you another satisfied customer.

Q. Is there a sales tax on any of the bouquets?
A. Sometimes. Some states require that we collect sales tax. Flowers delivered in California are not charged sales tax. If we must collect sales tax for a delivery outside California, you will be informed of the local tax collected when you receive your email confirmation.
